I started my first company with a friend during our freshman year in 2005. I felt a strong urge to work on problems I deeply cared about, alongside people who inspired me, and to build with purpose and authenticity. Twenty years later, I’ve co-founded six companies across a range of industries. Some became successes I’m proud of, others were costly but invaluable learnings. My passion for building companies remains as strong as ever. To me, entrepreneurship is a mindset, a mission, and one of the most powerful tools we have to create meaningful change. In 2022, following my exit from WtR, I began investing in early-stage tech companies. Through our first fund (PurposeTech), we’ve made 12 investments to date (primarily in HealthTech), alongside leading firms including Accel or a16z. Having screened 3,000+ companies, we applied those insights to launch PT Capital – our second vehicle, focused on investing in early-stage, niche HealthTech businesses and helping them grow.
