I’m Geertje Dam, Co-founder of TAEM.io, a SaaS HR-Tech platform that predicts team success.
With a double degree in Psychometrics & Personality Assessment and Organizational Psychology from the University of Groningen, I bring expertise in data, human behavior, and organizational effectiveness.
In 2022, together with my co-founder Schelte Meinsma, I turned my passion into TAEM.io: a science-driven tech tool that helps companies build high-performing teams.
Since 2024, I’ve been based in Alicante, Spain, while our HQ remains in the iconic Thialf ice arena in Heerenveen—reflecting my Frisian roots. I draw inspiration from top athletes and entrepreneurs, who share the same relentless drive for excellence.
