Physician Specialist with 11 years of clinical experience in the Emergency Hospital and Primary Care. He has combined teaching, both as a resident tutor training coordinator and hospital specialists. In 2010 assumed responsibilities at the Central Level within the Murcia Health Service Coordinator Information Systems, based on currently remains. Since then he has devoted himself to developing standardization projects, monitoring, Business Intelligence and Application on Information Technology and Communication in health, always grounded in the needs and vision of the end user, making success stories like ” CIMA AP Pharmacy” which achieved a historical improvement in the efficiency of pharmacy in primary care. He has several national publications on Quality Care, Management and ICT for Health. He has been main researcher in 7 European projects: IN3CA, FICHe, ProEmpower, inDemand, CHERRIES, PHARAON and HealthChain.
With these projects, he has gained extensive experience in two lines of work: demand-driven co-creation and liquid care, receiving national (Fundación Tecnología y Salud 2022) and international (Procura+ 2021) awards.
