Guillermo Chávez, born in Coatzacoalcos, Mexico, has built a diverse career spanning both the private and public sectors. After living in Mexico City and working in various roles, he became an entrepreneur in sustainable social projects, notably in the mezcal industry in southern Mexico, and a failed restauranteur. Currently, Guillermo serves as Head of Spanish Markets for Estonia’s e-Residency program, where he promotes entrepreneurship and digital innovation. With a background in international relations and investment promotion, he has driven economic growth through roles like Investment Promotion Coordinator for Europe and Asia at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 2018, Guillermo has been living in and out of Estonia, continuing to foster cross-border collaborations and business growth.
