Guillermo Navarro is an industrial engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), with a background in software development and entrepreneurship. He is the co-founder and CEO of Additium3D, where he has led both client-facing manufacturing projects and internal innovation initiatives.

Guillermo completed the full entrepreneurial training program at Lanzadera and is currently spearheading the development of Addit-IA, an AI-based platform for estimating production times and costs, as well as the Plan StartUP—a support program helping startups integrate 3D printing into their product development.

His focus lies at the intersection of engineering, digital manufacturing, and business innovation.
