Héctor Guerrero is Deputy Director-General for Aerospace Policy and Strategy at Spain’s Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. He has more than 35 years of experience in research, development, and innovation across academic, scientific, and governmental institutions.
He has worked at universities, the National Institute for Aerospace Technology (INTA), IMDEA Nanoscience, and the European Commission, and has collaborated with ESA, the EDA, and NATO on emerging and disruptive technologies. He is also recognized for his strong commitment to scientific outreach, cooperation, and public service.
