Iryna Krepchuk is an Investment Manager at Trind Ventures, specializing in consumer tech, marketplaces, and product-led growth. Based in Estonia, she brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles leading B2B functions at two startups before joining Trind Ventures in 2022.

Alongside her investment work, Iryna is a certified Process Communication Model (PCM) coach, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs discover their authentic communication styles and build stronger, more resilient teams. She is passionate about mentoring underrepresented founders and regularly shares her expertise at international conferences.

Iryna is a strong advocate for diversity in teams and ecosystems, believing it is key to innovation and sustainable growth. Outside of work, she recharges by surfing, embracing new challenges both in and out of the water.
