Jacky Abitbol is Managing Partner at Cathay Innovation, based in Paris, bringing over 17 years of advisory and operational experience in Telecommunications, Media, and Technology. He is recognized for his deep expertise in venture capital and corporate development, with a strong track record of supporting early-stage ecosystems and scaling category leaders globally.

Before joining Cathay Capital, Jacky was a Venture Partner with Iris Capital in Israel, where he identified investment opportunities and monitored portfolio companies. He also led Corporate Development for the Orange startups program, served as Vice President for Corporate Development at Orange Digital, and was Investment Director at Orange Capital.

Earlier in his career, Jacky held leadership roles at SanDisk and GFI, and began as part of the management team at Fantine Group (now Aviv Ventures). He holds an MBA from Boston University and a Business Administration degree from Madrid Business School.
