He works closely with founders across pre-seed to Series B, helping them design culture deliberately as a tool for hiring, decision-making, and execution. Over the past decade, Jaïr has advised and trained 1,000+ startups, as well as VCs, accelerators, governments, and NGOs.

Previously, he built and led an incubator, worked as a social entrepreneur, and held leadership roles at Airbnb and Miro. His work focuses on turning culture from an implicit byproduct into an explicit operating system that helps startups scale faster—with fewer people problems
