Javier Megias is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in startups, venture capital, and innovation-driven environments. He has co-founded two startups and led operations in both multinationals and SMEs across sectors such as finance, defense, aerospace, and IT, demonstrating deep expertise in leadership and scaling teams.

A decade ago, Javier transitioned to venture capital, holding board roles in companies and VC funds, including as Managing Partner for EMEA VC funds at Plug and Play and at Bankinter’s VC program. His strategic vision and operational acumen have made him a trusted advisor in the investment community.

Recently, Javier returned to operations as European Director and COO at Frenetic.ai, a deep-tech scaleup, while serving as an independent board member for established companies and tech transfer vehicles. He thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to new insights, and brings deep knowledge of AI, systems integration, and automation.
