Over the course of his professional career, José has worked across a variety of
Multinational Companies and Organizations, namely AT&T, NEC, BT (British
Telecom) NOKIA (former Alcatel-Lucent) and Truphone, Headquartered,
respectively, in the US, Japan, UK, France, UK.
Most of his roles have been in Business Development and Sales, with various
levels of responsibility, from individual contributor to Commercial Director
reporting to the Chairman. Created, managed and developed high performance
teams of up to ten members.
He was a professional contributor to the Telecomm Sector liberalization and
development in Spain.
José started his professional career in the US working as a Process
Engineer in several AT&T’s Semiconductors manufacturing plants: Allentown
(Pennsylvania) and Orlando (Florida). Took training courses in Boston and Silicon
Valley and spent one year working in America.
Member of the technology transfer team for the very first semiconductor plant
ever built in Spain. Member of the Engineering team that achieved the
production line qualification by the Bell Labs.
