Antonio Díaz de Aguilar holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from UC3M. He began his career in strategic consulting at Minsait (INDRA Group), delivering 20+ projects for food companies focused on efficiency, supply strategy, and digital transformation. He later joined Goodman Fielder in Asia-Pacific, where he worked on supply chain and operational optimization across 40+ plants. An entrepreneur at heart, Antonio founded a startup in New Zealand before co-founding Gambooza, where he now leads operations, process standardization, and technical implementation for multi-location clients.
