Josep Casas is a seasoned Catalan entrepreneur and CEO, recognized for founding successful ventures in the natural products, pet food, and agrifood sectors. He began his career with Naturitas, building it into one of Europe’s leading online platforms for natural health and wellness products, and expanding its reach internationally with robust digital and operational strategies.

Continuing his commitment to health and sustainability, Josep launched Food for Joe, a premium fresh pet food company that merges nutrition science, technology, and environmental responsibility, now present in several European markets. He also established Europistachios, an agritech firm dedicated to sustainable pistachio cultivation and vertical integration from farm to consumer.

Based in Girona, Josep leads Real Ventures, his investment and venture-building firm, supporting innovation in e-commerce and agrifood. He is known for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, driving growth and positive impact. Outside of work, he is a devoted family man, married to Mariona and father to Núria, Gerard, and Eva.
