Julia Zhou is a serial entrepreneur and community builder dedicated to inner transformation, conscious leadership, and fostering a regenerative world. She is the President and Founding Board Member of the Sigma Squared Society, a global network of over 1,100 ambitious entrepreneurs in their early 20s who have collectively raised more than $2.5 billion to address pressing global challenges.

As co-founder of Tidal Impact, Julia has advised more than 25 startups, corporations, funds, and foundations on integrating sustainability and impact into their core strategies. Tidal Impact also invests directly in climate and social ventures, supporting the next generation of founders as they navigate the unique challenges of building impactful businesses at a young age.
