Karina Virrueta is a distinguished agent in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, with over 15 years of experience in organizations dedicated to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment. She has served as a mentor, startup advisor, and jury member in competitions, demo days, and investment committees, and is a member of the Órbita Investment Club. Karina is also a university professor in innovation at three universities and Head of Content for “Entrepreneurship Day.”

Her leadership roles include Head of Innovation Ecosystem at Startup Valencia & VDS, Innovation Captain at Techstars Startup Week, and Area Director. She organizes key events such as Fuckup Nights Valencia and Women Techmakers, and serves as a jury member for Technovation Girls and Female Startup Leaders.
