Kimberly Fuqua is a 25+ year Microsoft veteran and currently serves as EMEA Senior Director of Customer Experience, where she transforms strategy into measurable outcomes for global clients. Renowned for her strategic leadership and program execution, she was the first Senior Principal Customer Success Manager hired at Microsoft worldwide, training and supporting teams across North America, South America, and Europe.

A passionate advocate for inclusion, Kimberly spearheaded the “Leadership Coaching Program” within Blacks at Microsoft and actively contributes to the American Chamber of Commerce NL’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She holds elite certifications in change management and DEI, and is recognized for her commitment to opening doors for underrepresented talent in tech.

As a keynote speaker and panelist, Kimberly ignites conversations on cultural diversity, gender equity, and ethical AI, having spoken at major venues such as European Women in Tech and the Global Cyber Capacity Conference. Her work continues to redefine leadership and drive innovation in corporate spaces focused on inclusion.
