Laurent-Frederic Lohmann is Chief of Staff at 4P Capital, an asset management platform dedicated to impact investing across venture capital and private equity. He began his professional journey in consulting and investing, later founding his own company in Berlin, where he gained hands-on experience as a founder and operator.

As the first team member at 4P Capital, Laurent played a pivotal role in shaping the firm into a multi-strategy platform. His expertise spans early-stage venture capital, fundraising, and the structuring of innovative investment vehicles, making him a key contributor to the firm’s growth and vision.

Born and raised in Switzerland, Laurent now resides in Berlin. He is recognized as a principal, public speaker, and mentor, and is an alumnus of Included VC (Class ’22). His interests include investing, start-ups, and public speaking.
