Leyre Villaizan is a consultant specializing in digital transformation and public sector innovation, with over six years of experience leading projects in Spain and the UK. She has collaborated with regional administrations to design and implement open innovation initiatives, and has evaluated major government digital programmes, including work with the UK’s Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

Her expertise includes leveraging public procurement to drive technological innovation, developing strategies to open procurement processes to innovative suppliers, and applying open innovation approaches to pilot and test new solutions in the public sector.
