I am a former PhD candidate within the Insect Doctors European Joint Doctoral Programme (EJD). During my PhD, I investigated insect-infecting RNA viruses in the Biotechnological Control of Pests group at the University of Valencia, and in the Laboratory of Virology at Wageningen University & Research.
As co-founder and CTO of Cucare Diagnostics, I continue working at the intersection of science and industry, studying insect pathogens and developing molecular diagnostic tools that improve insect health management. My work bridges research and applied biotechnology to strengthen insect farming, agriculture, and pest management systems.
