Marcos Luengo is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of leadership in technology, SaaS, and digital media. He is the Co-Founder & COO of Vidext, an AI-powered video platform that transforms L&D and Sales into predictable growth engines. Marcos previously co-founded ADman Media, scaling it into a leading video and native advertising platform before its acquisition in 2018.

He also served as Managing Partner at 4Founders Capital, where he invested in and supported disruptive early-stage startups across Europe, guiding them from pre-seed to Series A. His experience includes senior leadership roles at lastminute.com, overseeing commercial and general management operations in Spain.
