María José Ramón Forner is Chief Operating Officer at ISTOBAL, a global leader in automotive wash and care solutions. She leads global operations across multiple continents, driving transformation through innovation, sustainability, and digitalization. With over 20 years of experience in industrial transformation, she is recognized for her human-centered management style and crisis leadership.

During the 2021–2022 global supply chain crisis, María José guided ISTOBAL to become the only car wash manufacturer to deliver on schedule worldwide, reinforcing the company’s reputation for operational excellence. Her strategic vision has positioned ISTOBAL at the forefront of the industry.

Before joining ISTOBAL, she built her career at Faurecia, holding executive roles in Quality, Strategy, and Industrialization. An Industrial Engineer with advanced training from MIT and EOI, she actively advocates for women’s leadership and purposeful collaboration as a member of The Impact Project, EJE&CON, and Valencia Women in Innovation.
