María Jesús Marín, PhD in Occupational Health, has dedicated the last seven years to research on workplace wellbeing and absenteeism. Before founding PRECISO, she collaborated with companies and shared her expertise through teaching and outreach. She also gained international experience working with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in the United States.
