I am passionate about transforming healthcare and biotechnology through innovation, collaboration, and a deeply human-centered approach. With more than a decade of experience leading international projects —from developing and launching biosimilars in Europe to building open-innovation ecosystems— I help organizations create tangible impact at the intersection of science, technology, and society.

Currently, I support the global innovation operations of Banco Santander through Santander X and Santander X 100, driving cross-industry open innovation programs that connect corporations, startups, investors, and universities across Europe, LATAM, and the US.

I have also led biotech startups such as Neurofix Pharma and Laminar Pharma, overseeing their clinical developments and successful fundraising rounds, and have worked within the venture capital sector, supporting high-impact innovation in healthcare.

As a partner of the European Innovation Council (EIC), founder of the European Biotech Venture Builder (EBVB), and adjunct professor in university innovation programs (UPNA), I bridge the worlds of science, business, and investment to turn innovation into measurable impact.
