Her entrepreneurial spirit has evolved into intrapreneurial talent, fueling her passion for guiding organizations in designing learning experiences and innovation programs that drive transformation. At VDS 2025, Marina will focus on the evolution of corporate innovation towards agile, impactful models, highlighting Venture Clienting as a central approach.

Currently, Marina leads Lab101, the corporate innovation project unit at Area101. Through Area101, she connects innovation leaders on an exclusive platform, helping redefine corporate innovation and accelerate organizational impact.
