Max Wiest, originally from Germany and now based in Copenhagen, has studied and worked across Europe, gaining valuable exposure to diverse cultures and industries. He is particularly passionate about innovation, sustainability, and global trade, with a keen interest in the intersection of these fields.

As an Investment Associate at Maersk Growth, Max focuses on early-stage investments and strategic partnerships in climate tech and supply chain innovation. His background spans venture capital, consulting at McKinsey & Company, and business development roles in startups. He holds a double MSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and UCD Smurfit, as well as a BSc from Kühne Logistics University.

Outside of work, Max enjoys organizing community events, running, cycling, and following developments in geopolitics and climate. He is eager to engage in discussions on innovation and decarbonization in supply chain, logistics, and maritime sectors.
