Michael Fröhlich is the Co-Founder and CTO of Ark Climate, a Munich-based software startup that empowers cities to accelerate their climate transition through innovative digital solutions. He holds dual doctorates in Computer Science and Economics, bringing a unique interdisciplinary perspective to climate technology.

From 2019 to 2022, Michael led the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM), Germany’s leading university entrepreneurship program. He remains a strong advocate for entrepreneurship and education as drivers of growth in Europe’s tech and university ecosystems.
