Mounir holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Università di Bologna, having completed a PhD Exchange Program in Bioengineering at the University of Virginia, an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Surrey, and a BSc in Physics from the American University of Beirut (AUB). As a co-founder and CEO of N3XT Sports, he oversees operations of the Europe Office and leads the implementation of complex, high-impact initiatives at the intersection of sports, technology, and business. His strategic acumen and deep technical foundation are instrumental in positioning N3XT Sports as a global industry leader. With over 20 years of international experience, Mounir previously served as the Director of Technology and Innovation at the United States Olympic Committee and currently acts as an advisor for multiple sports innovation hubs and startups. He is a regular speaker at premier industry conferences such as ThinkSport, Global Sports Week, LEAP, and the World Football Summit. Based in Valencia, and originally from Lebanon, he speaks Arabic, English, Spanish, and Italian.
