Nacho Mas is an Industrial Engineering graduate from Universitat Politècnica de València, with postgraduate studies at IE Business School and MIT. He is a recognized leader in open innovation, digital transformation, and tech ecosystem development, with a strong track record as an entrepreneur and international connector.

Since 2017, Nacho has served as CEO of Startup Valencia, the private non-profit organization driving and representing the region’s startup and innovation ecosystem. He is also the founder and organizer of Valencia Digital Summit (VDS), which has become one of Southern Europe’s leading international tech events.

Under his leadership, Startup Valencia is positioning the region as a global hub for entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology. Nacho’s efforts have attracted talent, investment, and corporations, while showcasing Valencia’s unique balance between business opportunities and outstanding quality of life.
