Natalia Álvarez Liébana is an innovation leader with over 14 years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in industrial innovation, cleantech, and the collaboration between corporates and startups. She played a key role at Repsol, where she co-founded and managed All4Zero, a pioneering industrial hub, and contributed to one of Spain’s first startup accelerators, the Fondo de Emprendedores of Fundación Repsol.
For the past decade, Natalia has focused on building ecosystems that enable startups, corporations, researchers, and institutions to collaborate, pilot, and scale transformative technologies. Her expertise spans the entire innovation process, from piloting to scaling up, driving impactful solutions in the energy and cleantech sectors.
Natalia is currently part of the DeepTech Alliance, a private network of 17 leading European deep tech hubs connecting corporates, investors, and top startups. Recognized by the Spanish Government as a leading woman in innovation, she also serves as an external expert for the European Innovation Council and other Spanish institutions.
