Neophytos Spyrides is an experienced tactical instructor and combat specialist, as well as the founder of NS Strategic Defence. His company operates internationally in high-risk environments, delivering advanced training programs for military, police, and private security professionals.

With a background in Security Management, Neophytos holds multiple high-level certifications, including:

Ø  Master Scuba Diver,

Ø  ITF Taekwon-Do Black Belt (III Dan) & Instructor,

Ø  Combat First Aid Instructor (Tactical Combat Casualty Care – TCCC/CLS),

Ø  Founder of the Tactical Defence System (armed & unarmed combat).

Since 2013, Neophytos has served as a full-time professional instructor in a diverse range of fields: tactical shooting (including pistol, revolver, carbine, SMG, and sniper), close quarters battle (CQB), close protection (CPO), private military company (PMC) training, TCCC/CLS, martial arts, anti-terrorism training for police and special forces, intelligence services, investigation procedures, and infrastructure security.

He spent five years as Cyprus’ official representative and instructor at the European Security Academy (EU.SEC.A.) in Poland, which is NATO-aligned and the largest private tactical academy in Europe. There, he utilized advanced facilities, including live-fire shoot houses, tactical villages with Simunition environments, and dynamic scenario-based training platforms.
