Nico de Luis, originally from Spain, has spent over a decade abroad and is fluent in French and Italian. He holds a Master in Management from ESCP and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School. His international background and academic achievements have shaped his dynamic approach to business and leadership.

Nico began his career in the startup world in 2014 with Rocket Internet in Berlin, following brief experiences in banking and consulting. Over nearly four years, he launched and scaled marketplaces across Europe. He later served as General Manager at Chariot, supporting Ford in establishing its mobility business in the USA and UK.

Before cofounding Shakers, Nico was CEO of a mobility startup operating in 14 countries across Europe and Latam. In his spare time, he is passionate about supporting the European startup ecosystem and fostering connections among its stakeholders.
