Nikiara Purmambetova is a startup founder, strategic business consultant, writer, and international speaker, working at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven innovation.

She began her career in banking, advising SMEs on financial strategy, before moving into B2B and B2C sales, where she advanced to Sales Director at 1WorldSync. At 22, she launched her first startup, uCat — a B2B SaaS platform that transformed product data management for the retail and logistics sector in Ukraine. Under her leadership, uCat scaled to serve global companies such as Metro C&C, Coca-Cola, P&G, and Colgate-Palmolive, reaching a strong market position and valuation.

Following her entrepreneurial journey, Nikiara built a career as a startup and strategy consultant, supporting early-stage ventures in achieving product–market fit, defining value propositions, and preparing for investment. She currently is the founder of ModestBeauty.com — a global marketplace for modest fashion, connecting designers from around the world with women seeking elegant, value-aligned clothing. Her work focuses on building not only a business, but an ecosystem that empowers women through fashion, identity, and access.

Nikiara is a Ukrainian, Muslim, a single mother of three, and a writer whose perspective is shaped by resilience, discipline, and real-life experiences in different cultures and difficult situations.
