Ricardo Millet is Head of the Intelligence and Research Department at the Visit València Foundation, a public-private entity chaired by the City Council of València and composed of nearly 500 companies from the tourism sector. In his role, he promotes data-driven decision-making in tourism management. In recent years, he has led the development of València’s Tourism Intelligence System, designed to share both traditional metrics and innovative indicators that provide valuable insights for businesses and the wider community.
