Robert Cheek is Chief Operating Officer of UVify, where he leads the company behind IFO, the world’s leading swarm light show drone, as well as IFO-S, OMEGA, and OMP. He brings deep experience at the intersection of robotics, autonomy, and commercialization. Prior to UVify, Robert served as a robotics analyst for Hyundai Motor Group’s investment banking arm, advising on robotics technologies, partnerships, and investments. He also served as Director of Business Development for Yujin Robot’s Innovation Lab, where he helped lead the GoCart project, one of the world’s first autonomous mobile robots. Robert has advised robotics companies across the US, South Korea, and Germany, and is a frequent speaker on robotics, startups, and emerging technology. He holds an MBA from Aalto University School of Business and a BA from the University of Florida.
