Samuel Frey grew up in Bremen, Germany, and was part of the inaugural cohort at CODE University. Alongside his studies, he founded a digital product studio, building products for startups and established businesses, and successfully scaled it to €1 million in annual revenue. His early entrepreneurial journey laid the foundation for his expertise in building high-performing teams and fostering strong company cultures.

Following his first venture, Samuel took on interim management roles in various scale-ups, including leading a product pivot and restructuring as interim COO in the diagnostics sector. These experiences deepened his understanding of the challenges and responsibilities entrepreneurs face in shaping the future.

At the beginning of this year, Samuel co-founded aeon, a company dedicated to transforming healthcare from reactive treatment to proactive prevention. He believes that this transition is the inevitable next step for the industry and is committed to driving meaningful change through innovation and leadership.
