Victor Claver is a former professional basketball player whose career spanned nearly two decades at the highest level. Born and raised in Valencia, he became captain of Valencia Basket before fulfilling his dream of playing in the NBA with the Portland Trail Blazers. He went on to compete in Russia and FC Barcelona before returning home to retire in 2024. 

On the international stage, Claver was a cornerstone of Spain’s golden generation, widely regarded as the greatest in the country’s basketball history. He debuted for the national team at 19 and went on to win two Olympic medals, three EuroBasket titles, and a World Championship in 2019. A generation celebrated not only for its titles but for the values it transmitted beyond the court.

Currently, Claver remains close to the game as a Liga ACB analyst for DAZN and is actively involved in startup investment and projects that create a positive impact in sports and athletes’ lives.
