I have helped companies expand abroad for the past ten years, supporting their operations in more than 10 foreign markets. Based on this experience, I realized how crucial diversity, equity & inclusion are for businesses—not only do they drive innovation and higher profits, but they also create workplaces where everyone can achieve their vision. When I returned to the Czech Republic, I started working more deeply with DEI topics, also from an HR perspective. This led me to launch a project focused on this area, which later became part of BE-DNA, a company that takes a holistic approach to Employee Experience (EX). Currently, I am leading two of my own projects: BE-DNA – We help companies design and implement comprehensive EX strategies that go beyond engagement tracking and address inclusion, culture, leadership, and overall employee journey. Lumus Investment – We educate, support, and connect female Angel Investors with investment opportunities. At BE-DNA, we are currently working on a spin-off product that tackles key gaps in EX—offering a strategic approach to EX mapping, gamified learning, and EU-accredited HR certifications to drive real impact. I am a great strategist in marketing, sales, HR as well as back-office. My top three strengths are: – individualization – seeing each person as one of a kind and being intrigued by the unique qualities of each person – arranger – perceiving how things work together, the patterns and the connections, and making decisions that involve many factors – responsibility – making commitments that align with and reflect their personal values and conscientious, dedicated, and focused on doing the right things Do you share experience within any field mentioned above?
