Zuzana Zamborska is a co-founder of Lumus Investment Collective, which educates and connects female angel investors with investment opportunities, and BEXPERA (formerly BE-DNA), a company taking a holistic approach to employee experience strategy.

With a decade of experience helping companies expand into more than ten international markets, she developed a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion as drivers of business performance and workplace culture. This experience led her to work more deeply on DEI from an HR perspective, eventually launching projects that evolved into her current ventures.

At BEXPERA, she leads work on comprehensive employee experience strategies that address inclusion, culture, leadership and the overall employee journey. The company is developing a spin-off product focused on strategic EX mapping, gamified learning and EU-accredited HR certifications. Zamborska brings cross-functional expertise spanning marketing, sales, HR and operations, with particular strength in strategic thinking and identifying patterns across complex business challenges.
