Blanca Almendro is an innovation leader at Valoriza, where she spearheads initiatives in Culture, Governance, and Open Innovation within the Digital Transformation, Innovation & Data Governance Department. She has played a pivotal role in embedding an innovation culture across the company, driving AI-driven transformation projects, and fostering collaboration with startups, academia, and ecosystem partners.

With a background in International Trade & Business, Blanca has developed cross-sector expertise in energy, infrastructure, circular economy, and Smart Cities. Her passion lies in bridging corporates with external talent to accelerate impactful, sustainable solutions through open collaboration.
