She has collaborated with entrepreneurs across music, fashion, gastronomy, and other sectors, leveraging methodologies such as lean startup, design thinking, and agile to launch impactful startups and foster cross-sector partnerships.

Her expertise extends to the creative industries, where she has managed portfolios exceeding €370,000 annually and supported more than 500 companies in achieving economic, social, and environmental impact. Catalina’s work bridges research and practice, focusing on sustainable business models, internationalization, and innovative KPIs that capture the true value of creative enterprises.

Now based in Valencia and pursuing a PhD in Organizational Management, Catalina continues to build international networks and mentor emerging leaders.
