Norman Koerschulte is an experienced entrepreneur, innovator, and executive leader with more than two decades of expertise in logistics, material management, corporate leadership, and research and development. Since November 2024, he has served as CEO of Morpheus Logistik GmbH, a company he founded and now guides with a focus on strategic growth and modern logistics solutions.
In parallel, he has been managing director of Karl Koerschulte GmbH in Lüdenscheid since November 2023. Prior to this role, he spent nearly 13 years as a member of the executive management team, where he significantly shaped the company’s development. His work included leading key initiatives in project management, R&D, process optimization, and long-term strategic planning. Under his guidance, the company implemented numerous innovation projects that prepared it for the future.
Another important chapter of his career was his six-year tenure as an authorized signatory (Prokurist) at PVH FUTURE LAB GmbH from 2018 to 2024. There, he focused on digital transformation, new business models, and the evolution of modern value chains.
Norman Koerschulte began his career in the aviation industry at Germanwings GmbH in the Cologne/Bonn region. He initially spent nearly three years as Manager of Material Flow Control, overseeing operational material flows. From 2009 to 2010, he advanced to Head of Material & Logistics, taking full responsibility for the department.
