Oscar Valle is a Telecommunication Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and holds a Master’s in Innovation and Development of Business Projects from Florida Universitaria (official postgraduate degree from the University of Valencia). With extensive experience in the management of technological projects, he has led the development and implementation of software solutions in large-scale, diverse systems, and has overseen the launch of innovative business lines and products.

Throughout his career, Oscar has excelled in pre-sale commercial management, project monitoring, and the development of technology transfer plans. He has managed R&D project portfolios, identifying and analyzing opportunities and challenges in the commercialization of new products, both individually and in cooperation with other entities. His approach emphasizes technology as a means to achieve business objectives, not an end in itself.

Oscar is also recognized for his teaching in various subjects and companies, and for his expertise in innovation management systems, competitive intelligence, open innovation, and agile start-up methodologies. As Area Director, he is committed to fostering innovation and the valorization of technologies, drawing inspiration from his work with ITI – INNDIH to drive impactful change in the sector.
